Discover the gentle power of nature with the Konjac Face-Washing Sponge — an eco-friendly, biodegradable facial puff made from 100% konnyaku (konjac) root fibers. Its soft yet effective texture deeply cleanses and exfoliates without irritation, making it ideal even for delicate or sensitive skin.

Key Benefits

Deep but Gentle Cleansing — The uniquely meshed konjac fibers trap and lift away impurities, excess oil, and residual makeup, cleansing your pores without harsh scrubbing.

Natural, Biodegradable & Eco-Friendly — Made from plant-based konjac root, it’s completely biodegradable and compostable, offering a sustainable alternative to synthetic sponges.

Mild Exfoliation — Provides a light exfoliating action that sloughs off dead skin cells and dull buildup, helping to smooth skin texture over time.

Hydration & Moisture Retention — Its sponge structure can hold water, helping your skin stay hydrated during cleansing rather than drying it out.

Safe for All Skin Types — Gentle enough even for sensitive complexions and newborn skin, with low risk of irritation.

Versatile Use — Works beautifully with facial cleansers, foaming cleansers, or simply with water — you can adapt it to your usual skincare routine.

How to Use

Soak & Rehydrate
Begin by fully soaking the sponge in clean, warm water for about 30 seconds until it softens and expands to its full size.
Squeeze gently to remove excess water — it should retain some moisture but not drip.

Apply Cleanser (Optional)
You can use the sponge alone (just with water) or pair it with a mild facial cleanser.
If using cleanser, apply a tiny amount (pea-sized) directly onto the sponge or your damp face.

Cleanse in Gentle Circles
Using soft, circular motions, glide the sponge over your face and neck — focusing on areas like T-zone, cheeks, or chin.
Avoid dragging or pressing harshly; let the sponge do the work with its natural texture.
Cleanse for about 30-60 seconds or as long as you normally would.

Rinse & Pat Dry
Rinse your face and the sponge under clean water, squeezing gently until any cleanser or residue is fully washed off. Gently pat your face dry with a soft towel.
Squeeze the sponge lightly to remove excess water (avoid twisting or wringing forcefully).

Air Dry & Store
Hang or place the sponge in a well-ventilated, dry area (away from standing water) so it can fully air dry.
Replace the sponge once it begins to lose elasticity or becomes discolored — typically every 6–8 weeks (or sooner with frequent use).

Tips & Caveats

Sanitize occasionally — You may occasionally sterilize by soaking the sponge in hot (but not boiling) water for a few minutes.

Rotate sponges — If you use strong actives (like retinol or acids), consider having a separate sponge just for those evenings.

Use gentle cleansers — Because the sponge already has exfoliation built in, avoid pairing it with abrasive scrubs or harsh cleansers.

Ideal for travel & minimalism — Compact and lightweight, it’s easy to pack in a toiletry bag or for eco-conscious travel.
